The tariff guide rate per twin or double room per night is as follows:
1 night : £66.00 (£33.00 per person sharing)
2 or more nights : £64.00 (£32.00 per person sharing)
The tariff guide rate for our single room en-suite per night is as follows:
per night : £39.00 (single room)
Single occupancy of twin or double room ( If available - rate on application.)
Three Twin Rooms (1,3 & 5) en-suite,
Room (6) with Kingsize Bed en-suite,
Room (2) with Double bed en-suite,
Room (4) single with shower en-suite.
Tariff includes full Scottish Breakfast.
Unfortunately We Are Unable to Accept Credit Cards.
Payment : Cash or Cheque Only.

N.B. Normal check-in time is between 4:00pm and 8:00 pm (unless otherwise arranged with us).

We have two double, three twin and one single rooms (all en-suite).
All rooms are on the first floor.
Unfortunately we do not cater for children under the age of 16.
Ancestral tourists, Anglers, Artists, Bikers, Classic Car Enthusiasts,
Cyclists, Film Crews, Golfers and Walkers are all Very Welcome at Rowallan Guest House.
Terms and Conditions :
Cancellation/Booking Policy - A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within 21 days or less from the date of arrival.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in the full amount
being due. However should the room/s be re let then the amount will be
credited, less the 20 % deposit which is non refundable. No shows will
result in the full amount being charged.
Evening Meals :
For the convenience of guests we can also provide a home cooked evening meal, by pre arrangement. N.B. Meals are what ever is being cooked on the night.
Unfortunately we are not equipped to deal with any special dietery requirements.
2 course meal : £16
3 course meal : £19
Meals are served in our conservatory at 7pm.
At Rowallan Guest House when ever possible only local produce, meat and Scottish free range eggs are used.

Winter Break :
Come and enjoy the secret season in Dumfries and Galloway. Lovely crisp clear days in a peaceful winter wonderland. No crowds, little traffic, spectacular vistas, views and scenery.
