The tariff guide rate per room per night is as follows:
1 or 2 nights : £70.00 (£35.00 per person sharing)
3 or more nights : £66.00 (£33.00 per person sharing)
Tariff includes full Scottish Breakfast.
Unfortunately We Are Unable to Accept Credit Cards.
Payment : Cash or Cheque Only.

Single occupancy. ( If available - rate on application.)
Normal check-in time is between 4:00pm and 8:00 pm.

We have two double and four twin rooms (all en-suite).
Unfortunately we do not cater for children under the age of 16.
Terms and Conditions :
Cancellation/Booking Policy - A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within 21 days or less from the date of arrival.
Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in the full amount
being due. However should the room/s be re let then the amount will be
credited, less the 20 % deposit which is non refundable. No shows will
result in the full amount being charged.
Evening Meals :
We can also provide pre-booked evening meals for residents.
2 course meal : £15
3 course meal : £18
At Rowallan Guest House when ever possible only local produce, meat and Scottish free range eggs are used.

Winter Break :
Come and enjoy the secret season in Dumfries and Galloway. Lovely crisp clear days in a peaceful winter wonderland. No crowds, little traffic, spectacular vistas, views and scenery.
