The tariff rate per room per night is as follows:

1-2 nights	£68.00 (£34.00 per person sharing)
3 or more nights	£64.00 (£32.00 per person sharing)

UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE UNABLE TO ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS.

PAYMENT : CASH OR CHEQUES ONLY.

Tariff includes full Scottish Breakfast.

Single occupancy, if available - rate on application.

Normal check-in time is between 4:30pm and 8:00 pm.

We have two double and four twin rooms.

Terms and Conditions :

Cancellation/Booking Policy - A 20% deposit is required to confirm a booking. This is non refundable if cancelled within 21 days or less from the date of arrival.

Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival will result in the full amount being due. However should the room/s be re let then the amount will be credited, less the 20 % deposit which is non refundable. No shows will result in the full amount being charged.
